A straightforward conversation about your business: how work gets done today, where AI could genuinely help, and what it would take. You'll leave with an honest next step, even if that step isn't working with me.
One conversation. A clear next step.
Tell me about the business
How work gets done today, where the time goes, and what keeps slipping through the cracks.
We look at where AI fits
The two or three places AI could genuinely help, what it would take, and what it would change.
What to leave alone
Some things should stay human, and some aren't worth fixing yet. You'll hear that too.
A clear next step
If there's a fit, a short written proposal with scope and a fixed price. If not, a few pointers you can use on your own.
Three questions. That's all the prep.
Have a rough answer ready and we'll spend the time on your business, not on forms.

Before you book.
Why is the consultation free?
Because the first conversation should be about your business, not a sales pitch. It's the fairest way for both of us to see whether there's a fit.
Is this a sales call?
No. We talk about your business and where AI could help. There's no pitch on the consultation. If there's a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed price afterwards. The number I quote is the number you pay.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. A rough sense of where your week goes and what you'd love to stop doing by hand is plenty.
What happens to our data?
Nothing connects during the consultation. If we work together later, data stays in your systems, on tools you already pay for, with the exact access written down before anything connects. Revocable any time.
Our team isn't technical. Is that a problem?
No. You need to know where the work gets stuck. I handle the systems, the build, the training and the measurement.
Who is it for?
Owner-led businesses of roughly 5 to 50 people, starting with service businesses in Brooklyn and across New York City. Remote works anywhere in the US.
Do you meet in person?
Yes, across Brooklyn and NYC. Video works just as well.
Not ready to talk yet? That's fine.
