What does the Lab credit mean?
If you book an Audit within 14 days of your Lab, the $500 is credited toward it.
What decides the Audit price?
$1,500 covers one workflow with one owner. $3,000 covers multi-team work where several people and systems are involved.
What makes a Sprint cost more than $4,500?
The number of systems touched, the approval and exception paths required, and data sensitivity. You get a fixed price after the Audit.
Is there a long-term contract?
Lab, Audit and Sprint are one-time. The Virtual AI CIO is month to month after an initial term we agree up front.
